Hourly Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $21.08 - $31.62 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Mainly Monday/Wednesday/Friday: with weekend and holiday rotation

What you will do

Provides diversified administrative/secretarial duties to department to ensure efficient office operations. Maintains and coordinates all aspects of schedule and calendar for clinical leader and/or department. Schedules and plans for meetings including coordinating with all parties involved, preparing handouts, making room arrangements, and sending communication. Drafts and edits dictations, memos, presentations and letters with accuracy. Processes reimbursement requests and department related invoices.

Makes travel arrangements including registration, lodging and transportation per policy. Provides administrative support for lectures or conferences including research, preparation of materials, room reservations, registration and communication.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

Experience

1-2 years of related administrative/clerical support required

Unique or Preferred Skills

Computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organization, verbal and written communication, and transcription skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks and detailed work, problem solve, reason and perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to work independently, utilizing strong organization and prioritization skills with minimal supervision. Basic Word / Basic Excel /Basic PowerPoint/Basic Windows
