Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing AP Staff while driving automation, process improvements, and system implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance of the AP department to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Process Automation and Implementation:
- Lead initiatives to automate AP processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Manage the implementation of new systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Monitor and analyze AP metrics, preparing regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing accounts payable operations
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, automation tools, and system implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
