Hourly Pay Range

$23.24 - $34.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Required Travel: travel to Warrenville will be required

• Conduct detailed audits of employee records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Review and validate complex documentation, including licensure, certifications, background checks, I-9 compliance
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in employee records
• Serve as a subject matter resource for recordkeeping and compliance standards
• Support regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation processes
• Review and respond to unemployment claims to ensure timely submission of requested information
• Maintain tracking systems for licenses, certifications, and required documentation
• Identify trends or gaps in compliance and recommend process improvements
• Partner with HR, compliance, and operational leaders to process record requests
• May provide guidance or training to entry-level staff

• Education:
  
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
