Travel to other Endeavor Health locations (Naperville) may be required
- Own and execute physician onboarding function for all new Medical Group and resource physicians with minimal oversight. Key accountabilities include
- Communicate with new physicians with high customer service and empathic communications
- Execute offer and contract process, serve as the partner between Medical Group leadership, Professional Staff Office and Physician Contracts team
- Follow established workflows to deliver an exceptional new hire experience; identify or modify processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the program
- Establish collaborative partnerships with Medical Group leaders; demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to ensure policies are followed without compromising candidate experience or engagement
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field - Experience:
Strong computer skills, to include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe - Experience:
Experience using HR management systems and applicant tracking systems - Unique or Preferred
