Job OverviewSeeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the company’s highest profile Ground Up development and construction project. The role requires expertise in multifamily/mixed‑use projects and a proven track record of managing projects through all phases.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years managing commercial real estate or construction projects, or equivalent combination of development and construction.
- Proven experience leading projects from planning, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction through close‑out.
- Strong project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and contract administration skills.
- Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, local authorities, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and cost tracking/financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex ideas/updates to senior leadership.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability; handle ambiguity and make trade‑offs among time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams concurrently with attention to detail and deadlines.
