We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative/Field Support to join our growing team!$17-$18/hr base rate based on prior experience and qualifications

EARN upwards of $20/hr with our attractive incentive program (following a 90-day probationary period)
Full-Time Position. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay (after 90-day probationary period)
Bilingual English/Spanish is required

Minimum 2 years customer service experience required!

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Molly Maid on support calls. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You will be responsible for:

Growing and retaining customers - Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers. Do this, and we'll celebrate milestones as a team and have fun in the process! Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home;

Promote our culture and team - Embrace our culture of teamwork and let your positive attitude energize the team Customer Satisfaction - Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels. Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

As Field Support for Molly Maid, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for assisting our office in providing field support to our cleaning teams and as a backup for onsite customer estimates.

This includes:

Perform onsite customer estimates - Use our proven sales system and your knowledge of cleaning quality to provide bullet-proof price estimates.

Jump in - Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and be ready to jump in where needed. Train and grow professionally as our business grows.

Performing quality checks - Use our proven checklist to ensure our cleaning staff uphold our Molly Maid standard

Preparation and launch of field staff in the morning for their scheduled cleans

Plan and manage daily route schedule

Jump in - Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and be ready to jump in where needed. Train and grow professionally as our business grows.

Job Requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the United States Bilingual English/Spanish is required

Prior cleaning, sales, or supervisory experience highly preferred Complete a background check Valid Driver's License You are available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
