The Field Museum is seeking a Senior Visitor Services Representative in Skokie, IL to ensure exceptional visitor experiences and manage retail operations. This full-time, onsite position requires a leader who can mentor the Visitor Services team, maintain efficient daily operations, and provide exemplary customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and retail management, with a focus on team collaboration and positive visitor engagement. Weekend and occasional evening availability is required.
