In-Home Estimator/Bilingual Sales Consultant (Company Car Provided)
Molly Maid of Chicago North Shore
- Skokie, IL
- $20/hr base rate
- EARN up to $26/hr or MORE with our attractive incentive program (following a 90-day probationary period)
- Full-Time Position. No nights, weekends, or holidays!
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay (after 90-day probationary period)
- Company Car + Gas/Insurance Provided
- Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
- Prior customer service, sales or cleaning experience preferred but not required!

As an In-Home Estimator for Molly Maid, you are a key team member in sales. You are responsible for preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Perform onsite customer estimates using our proven sales system and your knowledge of cleaning quality to provide bullet-proof price estimates.
- Jump in:
Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and be ready to jump in where needed. Train and grow professionally as our business grows. - Growing and retaining customers – Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers. Do this, and we'll celebrate milestones as a team and have fun in the process!
- Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you'll win.
- Promote our culture and team – Embrace our culture of teamwork and let your positive attitude energize the team.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Identify and assess customer needs through managing phone, email and other communication channels. Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.

- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Prior cleaning, sales, or supervisory experience highly preferred
- Complete a background check
- Valid Driver’s License
- You are available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
- You feel energized when talking with customers over the phone.
- You can 'work with anyone' and get along well with different types of people. You'll be spending a lot of time as a team working together.
- You take pride in your attention to detail and a job well done.
- You are comfortable with a computer and technology
- You have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
