About the Role
This position is a full‑time, hourly Branch Customer Service Representative (Member Representative) at AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG). You will be the face of the branch, providing sales, support, and service to our members and promoting ACG products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members, provide information, and generate sales for memberships, travel products, and select banking products.
- Offer and process cashiering services, including insurance policies, ticket sales, deposits, and cash drawer reconciliation.
- Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
- Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
- Participate in office events to increase member awareness and revenue.
- Passion for customer service and a strong desire to work with people.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer‑focused environment with Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions.
- Proven ability to seek solutions independently and work effectively in a team.
This is an in‑office position. Employees will serve members in‑person at a branch facility, with potential participation in community events.
