• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with an active Illinois license
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification (current)
• Experience preferred (1–2+ years), but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Patience and compassion — especially when working with older adults
• Gentle hands and a strong focus on patient comfort

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
• Proficiency with digital X-rays and electronic dental records (preferred)
