Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take digital X-rays
- Assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with an active Illinois license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Experience preferred (1–2+ years), but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Patience and compassion — especially when working with older adults
- Gentle hands and a strong focus on patient comfort
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
- Proficiency with digital X-rays and electronic dental records (preferred)
