Job Summary
To provide support to one or more students with disabilities, enabling them to receive greater benefit from the district's instructional program.
Qualifications- ISBE Paraprofessional License required
- Teacher of Substitute Licensure preferred
- Successful instructional or organized recreational experience with children preferred
This is a temporary and seasonal position consisting of 4-5 weeks of employment as outlined below and paid an hourly rate of $17.00. Work hours are 8:15 a.m.
- 3:45 p.m., including a 30 minute unpaid lunch (7.0 paid hours per day). Total compensation for the full program is $2,856 (168 total hours). Candidates must be available to attend additional paid, mandatory training sessions on June 10 and June 11 - actual dates/times to be determined.
Five one-week sessions including:

June 22-26 - Session 3:
July 13-17 - Session 4:
July 20-24 - Jumpstart for Grades K, 3, 6 only:
August 3-7
