Director, OneStream Administrator

Location: Skokie, IL

DRiV is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director, One Stream Administration, to lead the administration, optimization, governance, and ongoing evolution of the company's One Stream platform. This role will serve as the primary owner of the One Stream ecosystem, supporting financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, account reconciliations, and business performance management processes across the Aftermarket business.

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the One Stream platform.
• Support financial consolidation, close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Manage system configurations, metadata, workflows, security, and user access.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Oversee integrations between One Stream and enterprise financial systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.
• Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or enterprise performance management (EPM).
• 5+ years of hands-on One Stream administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience supporting global finance and accounting organizations.
• CPA, CMA, One Stream certification, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
