The Director of Finance is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and strategic finance support across the organization. This role will manage a team of high‑performing analysts and partner closely with business leaders, the Corporate Controller, and the Accounting Team to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. This position will play a critical role in supporting executive decision‑making, private equity sponsor reporting and ad hoc analysis, M&A integration, financial reporting, and enterprise‑wide performance management.

This position requires a highly analytical, collaborative, and results‑oriented finance leader with strong business acumen, technical finance expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

• Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, operational goals, and financial targets
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting to support executive leadership and business decision‑making
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and presentations for private equity sponsors, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders
• Partner closely with leadership to evaluate business performance, identify trends, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of high‑performing analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and professional growth
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller and Accounting Team to ensure alignment between financial planning, reporting, accounting results, and monthly close processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital, cash flow, and other key financial metrics
• Lead financial analysis related to M&A integration, including synergy tracking, integration reporting, business case validation, and post‑close performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, profitability analysis, scenario planning, and operational improvement opportunities
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to provide financial guidance, budget accountability, and analytical support for business initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting tools, forecasting accuracy, and data integrity across the Finance function
