As a Full Time Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Skokie, IL at the Lincolnwood branch.

Bilingual Spanish or Polish is preferred.

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions.
• Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs; educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer’s problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

This role requires a customer-focused, risk-aware, and learning-oriented employee who can leverage technology to serve customers effectively.

• Knowledge of banking products and fraud detection and prevention.

• Banking experience is not required; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is sufficient.

Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00 (may vary based on location, market data, skills, and experience). This role is incentive eligible based on company performance.
