Vice President of Finance
Our client is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to partner closely with the CFO and operational leaders across the organization. This role will lead financial planning, reporting, analytics, and performance improvement initiatives while helping drive financial results across a growing long-term care portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Develop and maintain financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
- Drive reporting automation and process improvement initiatives Qualifications
Required:- 10+ years of finance, FP&A, or financial leadership experience
- 2+ years supporting a healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care organization
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Long-term care or senior living experience
- Experience with reporting and automation tools
- CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials
- Direct partnership with the CFO and executive team
- Opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision-making
- High-visibility role within a growing healthcare organization
- Lead impactful initiatives in finance, analytics, and operational performance
