Job Summary
We are a telehealth clinic looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Medical Assistant you will be reading and recording patient vitals, keeping track of medical reports, and preparing patient charts. You will also help manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines, testing equipment, and cleaning instruments as needed.
Responsibilities
Monitor and record patient vitals
Update patient charts
Send out medical reports to ordering physicians
Clean equipment after returned from field
Help set up equipment for new patients
Visit patients in facilities to check on equipment if needed
Answer phones and field questions about medical issues
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Willingness to travel to facilities to check on equipment and troubleshoot as needed
