Night Monitor (Flex)

The Night Monitor performs wellness checks on residents, responds to emergency pendant alarms, monitors the door entry system, and supports residents and activities throughout the residence. Your presence helps residents feel safe, supported, and connected in the place they call home. This role is 100% on-site.

Schedule:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform wellness checks on residents and respond to resident emergency pendant alarms
• Monitor the door entry system and admit and greet authorized guests
• Serve meals, sweep the dining room floor after meals, and empty the garbage from each residential suite
• Answer phones, respond to resident requests and concerns, provide basic information about the building, and take messages
• Enter activities into the daily logbook, file documents, and organize files for inspections
• Plan and implement appropriate activities and assist with resident activities such as meal orders, menu feedback, and meal service setup
• Meet with new residents to provide orientation relating to the building
• Assist in the coordination of volunteer programs and the annual volunteer recognition event
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment and order when necessary

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
