Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator who combines technical expertise in ADP Workforce Now with the professional credibility of a PHR certification to help power our growing team.
This is more than an administrative role, it's a key position that supports compliance, employee experience, payroll accuracy, and operational excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the go-to expert for ADP Workforce Now, including payroll processing, benefits administration, reporting, and employee data management
- Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with precision and care
- Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and employee inquiries
- Assist with compliance initiatives (FMLA, EEO, ACA, and state-specific regulations)
- Partner with HR leadership on policy updates, process improvements, and special projects
- Maintain confidential employee records with the highest level of discretion
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, responding to workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
- PHR certification (required)
- Proven hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation
- High level of integrity and professionalism
