HR Coordinator

We're looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator who combines technical expertise in ADP Workforce Now with the professional credibility of a PHR certification to help power our growing team.

This is more than an administrative role, it's a key position that supports compliance, employee experience, payroll accuracy, and operational excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the go-to expert for ADP Workforce Now, including payroll processing, benefits administration, reporting, and employee data management
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with precision and care
• Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and employee inquiries
• Assist with compliance initiatives (FMLA, EEO, ACA, and state-specific regulations)
• Partner with HR leadership on policy updates, process improvements, and special projects
• Maintain confidential employee records with the highest level of discretion
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, responding to workplace concerns with professionalism and confidentiality

• PHR certification (required)
• Proven hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation
• High level of integrity and professionalism
