As Manager of Applications at Endeavor Health, you will lead the development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation of solutions across the organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of solutions, from strategic planning and development to launch and maintenance, while identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve patient and user experience, and foster innovation. Your role will involve leading Business Application teams (including Service Now and Salesforce), building strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting best practices, and ensuring consistent use of tools, workflows, and platforms.
WhatYou Will Do
- Manage end‑to‑end activities for the solutions portfolio and lead high‑performance teams.
- Provide support and guidance for solution implementation, including planning, setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.
- Establish relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business and user needs and translate these into clear business requirements.
- Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate on priority and workload decisions.
- Develop strong partnerships with fellow leaders to identify synergies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and solutions meet or exceed organizational needs.
- Participate in budget, policy, governance, talent management, and other key activities as assigned.
- Promote the implementation of relevant technologies and maintain awareness of industry trends and organizations such as HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM/XGM, and VMWare World.
- Ensure service delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets.
- Participate in contract negotiation and enforce data governance and security policies to protect data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Experience:
Three (3) or more years in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare or related industry. - Leadership
Experience:
Two (2) or more years of relevant leadership experience. - Communication:
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices. - Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently. - Domain Knowledge:
