The Website Data Specialist II serves as a key contributor to the governance, optimization, and integrity of enterprise product data across PIM, DAM, and website platforms. The role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive data quality initiatives, resolve complex data issues, and ensure the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product information throughout the digital ecosystem. Responsibilities include interpreting and applying data standards, identifying process improvement opportunities, managing escalated data requests and projects, performing root‑cause analysis of data discrepancies, and providing guidance on data best practices.

The position requires advanced analytical capabilities, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product data questions, tickets, and requests, independently researching, resolving, and escalating complex or systemic issues as appropriate.
• Manage and maintain product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established governance standards.
• Coordinate product data readiness for new product launches, promotions, and events, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate publication across digital channels.
• Perform data imports, exports, validation, audits, and corrective actions across PIM and related systems to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Partner with the DAM Librarian and business stakeholders to ensure digital assets are properly cataloged, maintained, and aligned with metadata, taxonomy, and organizational standards.
• Monitor product data quality and workflow performance, identify recurring issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop, document, and maintain data management procedures, standards, and best practices related to product information and digital asset management.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for PIM, DAM, and website data processes, providing guidance, training, and support to users and cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, IT, and eCommerce teams to support data management initiatives, system enhancements, testing, and data migration activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects while contributing to continuous improvement efforts through workflow optimization, process enhancements, and data governance initiatives.
