Tired of leading in someone else's shadow? This is a P&L-owning, full-authority plant leadership role — not a caretaker position. You'll run the facility, build the leadership bench, and see the direct impact of your decisions on performance, people, and the bottom line.

• Full ownership. You run production, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety, and the P&L — not a slice of it.

• Have led plant or production operations in a high-volume manufacturing, processing, or distribution environment (5+ years)
• Know how to read a P&L and aren't afraid to own it
• Lead from the floor, not just from behind a desk
• Have built or rebuilt a team and made it perform
• Bring Lean or continuous improvement chops to the table

A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus, but we care more about what you've actually run and delivered.
