Monday-Friday, during normal business hours

Travel:
Travel to other Endeavor Health locations (Naperville) may be required

Own and execute physician onboarding function for all new Medical Group and resource physicians with minimal oversight.

• Communicate with new physicians with high customer service and empathic communications.
• Execute offer and contract process, serve as the partner between Medical Group leadership, Professional Staff Office, and Physician Contracts team.
• Follow established workflows to deliver an exceptional new hire experience; identify or modify processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with Medical Group leaders; demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills to ensure policies are followed without compromising candidate experience or engagement.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
• Experience:
  
  Strong computer skills, to include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Experience using HR management systems and applicant tracking systems
