What You'll Do- Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-quality machined components
- Perform multiple setups throughout the shift
- Conduct first-piece and final-piece inspections
- Use precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
- Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and production standards
- Work with Fanuc controls and various CNC equipment
- Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manufacturing experience in a production or job shop environment

You'll work in a clean, organized machine shop operating a variety of CNC equipment, including lathes and mills. The facility utilizes modern machinery and maintains a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. New hires may receive training on first shift depending on experience level, and all necessary safety equipment is provided.

This is a permanent position based out of Skokie, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
