- Inspect and prep equipment prior to start-up.
- Fill out material worksheets and production reports for all production in the kitchen.
- Report any problems (equipment, material shortages, formulas, and employees) to the supervisor as they occur.
- Report scrap according to procedures.
- Ensure efficient production.
- Report total amount of finished product, full and partial cases.
- Fill out machine time, production report; collect labor reports and material worksheets from kitchen.
- Record all materials used in the production batch order. All materials will be documented.
- Fill out batch log sheets for all products that require them.
- Keep entire work area clean and organized at all times.
- Fill out inventory s for all completed pallets, attach to pallets and shrink-wrap.
- Maintain cleanliness and operation of equipment.
- Follow all procedures related to job responsibilities.
- Report to the operator any equipment, quality, formula, and shortage of material problems as they occur.

- General production duties
- Boxing produced orders and preparing them for shipping.
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
- Standing on a concrete floor.
- Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform).
- Bending, stooping, twist, turn, standing for extended time periods, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Required to work weekends during peak season.
- Required to work mandatory overtime when needed.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Have a High school diploma, GED and/or equivalent education.
- Demonstrate cooperative behavior with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
- Basic math skills, communication skills, computer skills, and problem solving skills.
- The ability to convert measures into weights.
- Knowledge of linear measurement, Percentages, and Ratios.
- Ability to communicate in English and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have mechanical skills to troubleshoot and or make adjustments as necessary to ensure a quality product.
- The ability to stand on a concrete floor for long period. Bending, stooping, twist, turn, standing for extended period, reaching and lifting up to 53 lbs.
- Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform)
- Associate must work well under pressure; meet multiple and sometimes completing deadlines.
- Work area is to be kept clean at all times.
- Good attendance is a condition of employment
- Must be willing to work extra hours on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be computer literate.
