Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketer with a background in skilled nursing, or long‑term care to lead and manage our organization’s digital presence. This is a newly created role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, support census growth, and strengthen recruitment efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Manage all social media platforms, including Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook
- Create original, compliant content including written posts, graphics, photography, and short‑form video
- Coordinate and highlight resident life, team culture, community engagement, and organizational initiatives
- Monitor online reputation and respond appropriately to engagement and inquiries
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics including engagement, reach, lead generation, and brand growth
- Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with occupancy and recruitment objectives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards in all communications
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices within healthcare and senior living
- Minimum of 2–5 years of social media management experience
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, or long‑term care marketing required
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and execute content independently
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience with analytics tools and social media management platforms
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance considerations in marketing
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience supporting census growth or recruitment initiatives through digital campaigns
