Hourly Pay Range

$48.93 - $75.84. The hourly pay rate is determined by candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What You Will Do

The Clinical Nurse Manager has 24‑hour accountability for the professional nursing practice, development and education of staff, performance improvement initiatives, fiscal and human resource management of the department, and adherence to regulatory compliance. The role promotes a patient‑centered environment and oversees daily operations of pain‑management clinicians and office staff across multiple sites, including the Swedish Integrated Pain Center (procedures) and Swedish Pain Clinic.

The manager also co‑manages the inpatient Pain Service with a Lead APP and Division Chief.

What You Will Need Education
  • BSN required
  • MSN preferred
Certification / License
  • Illinois RN license
  • CPR / BLS certified through AHA
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in an appropriate clinical setting
  • Prior management experience preferred
Unique or Preferred Skills
  • Problem‑solving abilities
  • Effective communication
  • Competency in caring for all patient age groups specific to specialty
  • Unit/specialty specific competencies
