Registered Nurse - PACU

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80

Registered Nurse, full‑time, with required travel to Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland Park Hospitals.

Start times between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; 8‑hour shift based on start time. Monday through Friday with rotating call schedules.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Include patient and family in the plan of care as appropriate.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume the responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care and make decisions based on therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

• Graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• IL RN license, CPR, BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience in a comparable role; basic computer skills.
