Hourly Pay Range
$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights- Position: Registered Nurse
- Treatment, Kellogg Cancer Center - Location: Evanston Hospital
- Evanston, IL - Full Time | 40 hours/week
- Hours: Monday
- Friday: 8am - 4:30pm, no weekend or holidays.
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients in the Kellogg Cancer Center.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Administer chemotherapy, medications and blood products.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
- Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
- Education: Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred.
- Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
- Experience: Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience preferred.
