Registered Nurse; RN - Hospice

Job Overview

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care in Skokie, Illinois. This ongoing full-time position is 40 hours per week, with 8‑hour shifts.

• Support patients in Evanston, IL and surrounding areas.

• Registered Nurse license in the state where you work.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
• At least two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with ability to travel approximately 20% of the day.
• Commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Self-management of time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
• Proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus.
