Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Surgery

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 per hour. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  Availability to start between 5am and 11:30am. 8‑hour shift based off start time, Monday through Friday.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient plans of care.
• Include patient and family in the plan of care as appropriate.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care and make decisions based on the therapeutic relationship with the patient.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

• Education: Graduate of a state‑approved school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
• License/Certification: IL RN License; CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
• Experience: 6 months RN experience in a comparable role preferred. Basic computer skills.
