• An unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior RN or LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

• Deliver high‑standard nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments as directed by individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality assurance standards.
