Hourly Pay Range
$43.69 - $67.72 per hour, based on expertise and years of experience.
Job TitleRegistered Nurse House Operations Administrator – Evening and Night Shifts (Part‑time)
Location & ScheduleSkokie, IL. 24 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with rotating weekend shifts every other weekend and holidays.
OverviewWe seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Capacity Management Center HOA, guiding patient care outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols.
- Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in‑service training.
- Mentor and coach nurses to promote professional growth.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Assist with compliance issues, regulatory audits, and inspections.
- Advocate for high‑quality care and address patient/family concerns.
- Stay updated on latest research and advances in nursing practice.
- Maintain accurate records of educational sessions, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
- Generate reports and data analysis to track progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required);
Master’s degree (preferred). - 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with expertise in medical/surgical nursing.
- Critical‑care experience strongly preferred.
- Current Illinois RN license (IDFPR).
- Required BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
