Job Title

Registered Nurse House Operations Administrator – Evening and Night Shifts (Part‑time)

Location & Schedule

Skokie, IL. 24 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with rotating weekend shifts every other weekend and holidays.

Overview

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Capacity Management Center HOA, guiding patient care outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess and improve patient care protocols.
  • Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in‑service training.
  • Mentor and coach nurses to promote professional growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Assist with compliance issues, regulatory audits, and inspections.
  • Advocate for high‑quality care and address patient/family concerns.
  • Stay updated on latest research and advances in nursing practice.
  • Maintain accurate records of educational sessions, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
  • Generate reports and data analysis to track progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required);
    Master’s degree (preferred).
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with expertise in medical/surgical nursing.
  • Critical‑care experience strongly preferred.
  • Current Illinois RN license (IDFPR).
  • Required BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
