Role Overview:
A Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care, responsible for providing safe, effective, and compassionate patient care on specific units.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently deliver nursing care
- Utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluation
- Guide unlicensed staff
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Contribute to safety and quality outcomes
- Current IL nursing license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred)
- BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
- Active NIHSS certification
- With at least two years of recent ED experience, including telemetry competence
- Work night shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements, across multiple locations
- providing interdisciplinary care and supporting patient safety and outcomes
