Role:
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, working night shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluating care, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee unlicensed staff. Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.
- Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, BSN preferred, and at least 1 year hospital experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, leadership in guiding team members, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Plan, implement, and assess patient care; maintain compliance; assume responsibility for nursing outcomes; and promote positive safety and patient experience outcomes.
