Position
Per Diem Registered Nurse Med/Surg with night shifts, providing safe and compassionate patient care on med/surg units.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently deliver nursing care, utilize the nursing process, supervise unlicensed assistive personnel, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
QualificationsCurrent Illinois RN license, graduation from an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred), BLS certification, NIHSS certification, and at least two years of recent acute care med/surg experience. Telemetry competence required within 14 days of hire.
SkillsStrong clinical skills in med/surg and telemetry, excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to guide unlicensed staff.
