Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred
- Valid IL RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Preferred 6 months RN experience in a similar setting
- Basic computer skills
- Independently deliver patient care and coordinate with team members
- Supervise and guide unlicensed personnel
- Communicate effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
