Role Overview

The Staff Nurse provides safe, compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

• Deliver patient-centered nursing services in various healthcare settings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses and physicians.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and safety standards.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois and BLS certification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
