  Lead by example and uphold the team’s expectations on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Services
  :
  Promote services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other services.
• KPIs
  :
  Focus on OPH, SPH, and NPS targets.

• Operations
  :
  Support back-of-house flow to assist in-store, phone, or BOPIS sales with efficient packaging and delivery standards.
• Storage & Organization
  :
  Maintain organization of BOH, display inventory, and sellable inventory, packaging, and supplies.
• Systems & Technology
  :
  Learn and use point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
• Shrink
  :
  Help mitigate internal, external, and administrative loss of product.
• Escalations
  :
  Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks to store leadership.
• Merchandising
  :
  Uphold Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality.
• Fixtures & Maintenance
  :
  Validate the integrity of display tools and notify teams when items are missing or damaged.
