Summary
Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations within the cosmetics department at Old Orchard. Delivers exceptional customer service while driving sales and building client relationships. Works part-time on the retail floor, maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards.
Responsibilities- Offer personalized skin care and makeup consultations and product demonstrations.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team sales goals through clienteling and product knowledge.
- Maintain merchandising, inventory and promotional displays to brand standards.
- Process transactions, handle samples and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication and clienteling skills.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and maintain product knowledge.
