Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds required minimum wage for location)
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria met.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
