Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – Skokie, IL

Join Action Link and help create engaging product displays across major retail stores.

• Complete display projects at assigned retail stores.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (no weekends or evenings).
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each visit.
• Potential to work additional hours covering larger regions or travel.

• General merchandising projects paid $17.00 per hour.
• Higher rates for additional technical projects.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience desirable.
• Versatile; able to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail; follows written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent yet collaborative with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready with internet access, hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device (latest OS). Laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to use vehicle for duties.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
