YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you are proud of it. You love our products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with each guest.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they are looking for, adopting a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flexibly support all zones, including the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates to get the job done.
• Act with integrity and uphold all AEO policies and procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
