Beauty Counter Manager - Orchard Center

Summary

As a Beauty Counter Manager, you lead sales and client experiences for the assigned luxury beauty brand at the Old Orchard Center counter. You combine hands‑on makeup and skincare services with coaching, vendor coordination, and sales leadership to drive results both in‑store and digitally. The role requires building a loyal customer following while maintaining a professional, organized counter environment.

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new loyalty program accounts to build customer loyalty
• Maintain counter presentation, organization, and cleanliness and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, manage concerns with empathy, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and a drive to achieve sales goals using networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and ability to perform physical tasks (frequent movement, lifting up to 25 pounds)
