Nordstrom - - Responsibilities:
Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions;
Keep the department “runway ready” by straightening up, lightly cleaning and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor;
Stay up on key fashion trends to help customers with purchase decisions;
Build relationships with customers by sharing information about Nordstrom events, gift cards and Rewards program;
Flexible to support other areas of the store including order fulfillment and order pick-up
