Craft Beaver, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for our Inside Yard - Direct Loader position at our Skokie, IL location.

What You Will Do and How You Will Contribute:

Provide outstanding customer service in the retail store and outdoor yard by greeting customers, helping them locate products, answering questions, and offering knowledgeable product recommendations

Safely and efficiently load customer purchases into vehicles

Keep the indoor and outdoor yard fully stocked with material, organized, and easy to navigate so customers and team members can quickly find what they need Maintain a clean and orderly yard, including regular sweeping, debris removal, and ensuring materials are neatly stacked and stored

Keep up with training and learn about products and safety rules

Assist in other departments/functions as needed to provide great customer service

Perform other tasks as assigned by management to help the team run smoothly

Follow safety rules, keep the work area clean and help make sure everyone stays safe Assist with inventory-related tasks, including performing cycle counts, verifying stock levels and maintaining accurate records

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management

What You Will Bring to Our Team:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous retail or related industry experience is a plus Familiarity with cycle counting or inventory processes is beneficial

Strong customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs

Ability to be a team player, help out wherever needed and contribute to a positive work environment

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and adaptable

Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 50-80 lbs, bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout your shift

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as required by the business
