- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it! (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required)
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals. (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel Required:
No
Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, promotion to the Mobile Expert role makes one eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
Employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
