We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to develop new business, build lasting customer relationships, and help companies find the right packaging solutions. While this position is based in Skokie, Illinois, you'll work with customers throughout the United States.
No packaging or sales experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the training, product knowledge, and support to help you succeed.

- Represent Edwards Label at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
- Booklet & Extended Content Labels

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Confidence speaking with new people and building professional relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively
- Persistence, resilience, and a goal-oriented attitude
- Previous B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome motivated individuals looking to start a career in sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Base Salary: $50,000 to $100,000+
Plus uncapped commission. Your earning potential grows with your success.
