Event Guest Services & Safety Aide

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Projects professional appearance and manner.
• Performs customer service duties: offering directions to various points of interest, including seats, restrooms, and concessions.
• Scans tickets and provides data for Drop Count to the Box Office Manager.
• Assists patrons to their proper seats and answer any questions.
• Secures door entrances and exits.
• Secures mixer and helps with clearing and controlling aisles.
• Keeps aisles and other areas clear.
• Assists in inspection of items prohibited into the venue.
• Monitors patron access areas and reports potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Keeps unauthorized persons out of restricted areas.
• Helps enforce venue policies/procedures.
• Aids with patrons in emergency situations.
