Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with mall management and/or public emergency responders as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor entrances, storefront corridors, and high-traffic locations to help to deter unauthorized activity, loitering, and/or policy violations;
Complete required reports, document observed conditions and/or incidents, and relay important information to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives
