Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate for a retail location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, high-traffic areas, and/or designated posts for policy compliance, assist with directions and general inquiries, and document security-related incidents as needed;
Support closing procedures, crowd management needs, and/or after-hours checks based on location requirements, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the property;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
